You'll never guess where you can find some basic cheap layering tank tops or "wife beaters" that have just the right amount of stretch and sheerness. These tanks are not only inexpensive, but also very flattering and come in lots of bright colors. Ready? Walgreens!
I've noticed these on display a couple of times during the past month or so in the front of the store (near the flip flops, which are also very cheap!). I got them in baby blue, pastel pink, coral, black and white. They also offer the long and lean tanks from designer Mossimo (with the brand name crossed out of course) at the same price.
Unfortunately, the tops are not listed on the Walgreens website so you'll need to visit your local Walgreens to find them.
